NRA Gun Safety
We like to call this one the “101 of responsible gun ownership.” This NRA course is a must-have to start you on your way to more knowledge, skill and attitude in your quest to get started in firearms!
NRA Basic Pistol Shooting
Learning in building blocks is key. Site alignment, site picture and other key fundamentals of becoming a more proficient shooter and responsible firearms owner can be found in this 6-8 hour course. Range time is included. Book this course. You’ll be so glad you did!
Private Classes!
Sometimes a one-on-one, or even a small class of two or three, for more private instruction is the way to go. If this type of setting is best for you, and you’d like to know more or go ahead and schedule it, contact us for more info or, set it up here.

FAQs
Do you have to own your own firearm to attend classes?
Nope! We provide firearms in the class for use. This gives opportunity for learning more about different types of guns. We highly recommend renting a firearm on a few times out to the range so you can get an idea of fit and feel. Not all firearms will work for everyone. Don’t trust the brand. Trust your hand!
Can I bring a friend?
Bring a bunch! Group discounts apply for 5 or more persons that you bring. Find out more.
Will you come to me?
Sure! We try to be flexible with our scheduling. We are based out of the far West side of Indianapolis, but we can make arrangements on any side of town. We can sometimes even arrange hosting the class portion in your business location, home, clubhouse or public setting and end with the shooting portion at a local range. Gun Safety and Handgun Basics can travel to pretty much anywhere. Let’s discuss the details!
